“Compare subtitle for learning a foreign language” Displays both the original subtitle and the translated subtitle simultaneously, allowing students to compare two sentences.
“Lookup dictionary”: By tapping the word, you can immediately look it up in the dictionary.
★The shadowing strategy
Shadowing is a language learning strategy where you rehash a sound soon after you hear it. The term “shadowing” comes from the fact that you’re behaving like an “echo” or “shadow.” After listening to the words, you repeat them aloud. You can develop all of the physical aspects of fluency through shadowing. Pronunciation, prosody, and the English rhythm are among these. It seems to be this:
1. Choose a video that interests you. First, listen to the audio in video 3. A transcript should cover up the audio. Shadow without a transcript Other Fullscreen mode support Favorite video Save videos to your favorites to watch later
Open the application and select the video you need to watch.
You can enter watchwords to look for recordings, note that main recordings with shut subtitles will be shown.
Note:
This application just deciphers from existing captions of the video, in light of the fact that not all recordings have captions, so a few recordings can’t be interpreted.
This application requires login to have the option to verify admittance to the data set, we store no other data of the client aside from the login email.
